Rising Underground (3/5)- This course is just, out there and for what is worth, there's NOTHING that really pops into my face for this level. There are a bit too many blind track segments that really leads into a wall and for those looking to get max speed with tricks, this isn't a trick-friendly course, unless you have the Handling 3 ot better rating. The Rapture (3/5)- As funny as it sounds, this place is ok and functional, but there's a lot of "gotcha" and "haha" moments that will make newer racers feel really bad. Not to mention that it's just hollow after that initial start. It's an absolute snore for the first 10 seconds and the track theme, while on theme, gets grating every lap you do.
Jimmy T's Nightclub (2/5)- Had Crygor's Lab had something more to the table, this place would have been the worst for a different reason. IDK, I really feel like there should be "more" to the lab proper, but alas, it's just not there. Easily the worst and most forgettable map in the pack and that's saying a LOT! Outside of the toilet, this course isn't there really. There's a lot to unpack here, so, let's give it everything we got! It's Review Time!!!Ĭrygor's Lab (2/5)- This course was, meh for me.

I'd love if the old one made an appearance in some way ("Tetanus Ville Classic" as Hell map maybe?)Įveryone loves both 2fort versions, I don't like Hell but I'm in the minority in my server, the other ones are enjoyable but nothing to write home about.Įxcept Remoat Stadium, it's wayyyyy too big! It takes forever to find other players, let alone hit them, and with some mods in BattlePlus it means the battle is over before people even had a chance to interact. Super personal gripe: I prefer the old multi-lap Tetanus Ville, though I don't mind the new one. The Wario maps are more divisive, "Crygor Lab" generally makes people rage into spectator mode (there is the one person who refuses to play on a toilet map specifically, but generally everyone hates missing "the hole") and Wario's Challenge seems to have issues (bad juicebox interop, OpenGL bugs maybe? haven't looked too deep into that one), Wario Deluxe is more interactive and my favorite of the two minigame maps. That's generally a good thing, since it means the maps always feel somewhat fresh, but the current state is somewhat polarizing (I'm talking my specific server population, so YMMV).Īny Meat boy themed map is loved, they come with interesting gimmicks (even just spawning tons of eggboxes is nice since we run Egg Panic) and for the most confusing ones like "The Other Side" people seem at ease after the second or third run. My usual reaction to Baguette is "oh god Patafoin updated again".

When I update my map I usualy Update them IN the pack itself, so It's very possible that individual map has small difference, or not updated. WARNING 3 : It is possible that some individual map are not up to date. The other non meat boy map should be fine tho. It is not recommanded to put individual Super Meat Boy map into a server, some map can conflict between them when there are not in the same pack. WARNING 2 : While there are individual dl for the map. (not anymore, I'm tired to do it AGAIN AND AGAIN, you can still remove it yourself if you want) This is why there is a version of the pack that remove Tetanus Ville & Oxdeadbeef. Which mean that it can either broke the cut of Bellbridge Zone or make Tetanus Ville inplayable. If you have Marsh Mayhem (Bellbridge Zone), then the first pack loaded will erase the grindrail of the other. WARNING 1 : There are potential conflict with the a with some pack If you server don't run battle mode, it is reccommanded to edit the pack to remove the battle music file to reduce the addon size. In this pack, you will find 15 race maps and 6 Battle maps.
